The postal All Weather Gear system provides USPS Employees with multi-functional, lightweight,
waterproof, windproof, breathable, and insulating garments for use in the most extreme conditions.
All Weather Gear includes components which can be worn together or stand alone to provide postal
workers with warmth without weight and great breathability.
The All Weather Gear system includes the following: Waterproof, breathable parka with permanent
hood and reflective trim, vertical corporate emblem, postal navy blue, incorporates two styles of
zip-in jacket/liner; heavyweight liner, insulated, fleece lining with reflective trim, vertical
corporate emblem, postal navy blue; fleece liner with fabric enforcements with reflective trim and
vertical corporate emblem, postal navy blue; waterproof, breathable, detachable hood for parka with
insulation and fleece lining, postal navy blue; waterproof and breathable trousers with reflective
trim, postal navy blue.

polyester fabric reinforcements on high stress areas.
